Hello! My name is Heidi, the one behind Lucky Charms Cheesecakes. I started my love for baking at a young age. It always fascinated me how you can take your basic staples and with some creativity and imagination, you can create so many different flavors.

Lucky Charms Cheesecakes came from my other passion—my cows. That's my farm name, Lucky Charms Brown Swiss. I thought it was a nice tie since if we didn't have cows, we wouldn't have so many products I use for the cheesecakes.

I started focusing on cheesecakes as a niche for me and as a way I could promote the use of more dairy products.
